Return & Delivery Policy

At Purple Palette, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed via the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For transactions made through Cash on Delivery, customers can opt to receive the refund via NEFT. To do so, it is the customer's responsibility to provide valid and accurate bank account details.

All refunds will be issued in Indian Rupees and will match the amount originally paid in INR.

For purchases made via electronic payment methods such as credit/debit cards, net banking, or digital wallets, refunds will be processed through the same channel or through another Reserve Bank of India (RBI) approved method. Please note that not all banks support refund transactions. In such cases, you may be asked to provide an alternative bank account to facilitate the refund.

Refunds are subject to verification, and Purple Palette may request additional documentation if needed. We reserve the right to decline refund requests if there’s a history of suspicious activity, policy violations, or unresolved issues related to previous transactions.

If you need a reference number (such as ARN or UTR) for tracking your refund, we’ll gladly provide it upon request. In case the refund does not reflect in your account, you’ll need to supply supporting documents to help us investigate and resolve the issue.

Once all verification steps are completed, our payment partner will initiate the refund process.

Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit instead of a direct refund. This credit will remain valid for 30 days and can be applied toward any future purchases with Purple Palette. After 30 days, any unused store credit will expire.

After we receive the product at our facility, it will go through a brief quality check. If everything meets the return criteria, we’ll proceed with the refund promptly.

Shipping & Delivery – Purple Palette

All orders from Purple Palette are delivered via our trusted logistics partners. While we aim to ship products quickly and provide estimated delivery dates at checkout, unforeseen delays may occur.

Purple Palette is not responsible for delivery delays or product damage caused by events beyond our control—such as weather conditions, logistical disruptions, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

Please ensure your address details are complete and accurate to avoid delivery issues. We are not liable for lost, delayed, or misdelivered orders resulting from incorrect information.

If delivery is not possible after multiple attempts or is refused, we reserve the right to dispose of the product after 7 days without further liability.
